Salvatore Picciallo
Founder, CEO
Salvatore Picciallo is the Founder and CEO of Metaparadigm Wealth Management. He is an experienced financial advisor with nearly two decades serving clients.
Born and raised in New York City, Salvatore has always had a passion for finance. After graduating with honors from Boston College in 2002, he worked with industry veterans at UBS and Merrill Lynch, then spent more than ten years at JPMorgan.
In 2016 he focused on families with special-needs planning after his young daughter experienced a traumatic brain injury, giving him direct insight into how health and genetics should factor into financial planning.
He founded Metaparadigm Wealth Management in 2021 on the belief that every client deserves a plan as unique as their DNA.
Karen Pallante
Executive Assistant
Karen Pallante has over 25 years of administrative experience.
Her career began as assistant to the Head of Administration at Reliance National Insurance, where she worked for five years before using her fluency in Spanish and Italian to serve the President and CEO of Fedeoliva USA, an international import company, for ten years.
She continued at Citigroup in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, serving as executive assistant to senior bankers, including a Chairman and the Head of Sales and Divestitures, for eight years, until moving on to become personal assistant to Harvey Golub, retired CEO of American Express.
Karen later founded Virtuoso Admin Solutions, where she and her team built a platform supporting senior executives in marketing, staff management, event planning, and comprehensive personal and administrative support.
